The German non-profit limited liability company (gUG) will pursue officially recognized non-profit purposes under Section 52 of the German Fiscal Code (AO) – especially the promotion of education, research and interdisciplinary exchange in the fields of Process Intelligence.
Independent and neutral platform
As a non-corporate, non-academic entity, the gUG enables a vendor-neutral, unbiased environment for collaboration between industry, research and solution providers.
No affiliate has any invests in the nonprofit association.
Profits stay in the mission
As a registered non-profit, any surplus must be reinvested into the organization’s charitable purpose.
No individual or company can extract profits from the gUG.
